VBE is a Las Vegas-based entertainment company providing talent, production, and event services for large-scale hospitality events, hotels, corporate activations, weddings, pool parties and silent discos. The company needed to rebuild its digital presence from the ground up while creating a scalable foundation capable of supporting a rapidly growing roster of performers and clients.
All strategy, design, and system implementation was executed within a 30 day timeframe to rapidly establish the company’s digital infrastructure and market presence.

After a corporate reorganization, VBE was effectively starting over digitally and operationally. Their existing system was fragmented and inefficient.
No cohesive digital infrastructure

No scalable way to onboard or showcase 100+ performers
Little online presence for high-volume event booking
